Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using fundthefuel.com or any related service ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What we provide

Fund The Fuel offers a free assessment and custom sponsor report, optional paid playbooks (such as the Sponsor Plan Blueprint), and optional done-for-you services. Details and pricing are described on the relevant pages and at checkout.

3. Accounts and accurate information

You agree to provide accurate information in the assessment and at checkout. Reports are generated from your answers — inaccurate inputs produce inaccurate outputs.

4. Payments and refunds

Paid products are billed in U.S. dollars and processed by Stripe. Because our paid playbooks are delivered digitally and immediately, they are generally non-refundable. If something is wrong with your order, email hello@fundthefuel.com and we'll make it right at our discretion.

5. No guaranteed results

Our reports and playbooks provide guidance, frameworks, and estimates based on industry experience. We do not guarantee that your team will raise any specific amount of money, land any specific sponsor, or achieve any specific outcome. Results depend on your effort, local market, and many factors outside our control.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the Service or try to break, probe, or overload it.
• Don't resell, republish, or redistribute our reports or playbooks.
• Don't use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including our reports, playbooks, templates, copy, and software, is owned by Fund The Fuel and protected by applicable law. You may use what we provide internally for your team or club. You may not republish or resell it.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fund The Fuel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
