Fund The Fuel ("we", "us", "our") helps youth, club, and travel sports teams raise money through local business sponsorships. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, free assessment, custom report, and paid services, and how we handle it.

Information you give us: Team name, sport, location, fundraising goals, contact name and email, and answers you provide in the assessment.
Payment information: When you purchase a paid product, billing details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
Usage information: Basic analytics such as pages visited, referrer, device type, and approximate location, used to improve the product.

3. How we use your information

To generate and deliver your free custom sponsor report.
To send your report, receipts, and important account emails.
To improve the assessment, the report, and our services.
To respond to questions or support requests.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your team's data with sponsors or hand it to third-party marketers. Your information is used to deliver the service you signed up for.

5. Service providers

We use trusted vendors to run the service — including hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), and analytics. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
